The industry's event
The futurebuild districts unite the many distinct communities that make up the built environment. Each district has an exhibition of the leading suppliers, a seminar theatre and inspiring feature areas.
The futurebuild districts…
ecobuild 2018 will be designed around you and will bring to life the things you tell us are most important to the future of our industry: the latest technology; the freshest thinking; and the most innovative materials to keep you at the forefront of the built environment.
The futurebuild districts are dedicated areas of the event that will unite the many distinct communities that make up the built environment - register now and get connected. Supported by industry partners they’ll each have curated exhibitors, seminar theatres and inspiring feature areas.
The UN Sustainable Development Goals, the New Urban Agenda and the Paris Agreement provide the focus for the 2018 ecobuild conference.
How can our government’s commitment to these global targets be implemented in areas of water and energy, natural capital, circular economy, behaviour change, housing, technology, professional ethics, construction quality and leadership? What is our sustainability performance to date?
Debating the issues will be leading figures including Paula Caballero, the driving force behind the Goals; journalists Polly Toynbee and Rowan Moore; campaigner Tony Juniper, Baroness Young of Old Scone and John Elkington with sessions hosted by industry experts.
