Sinds eind februari zijn twee producten van Peppelhout opgenomen in de Nationale Milieu Database (NMD): geschaafde planken voor binnen- én buitentoepassing.

Binnen de Investeringssubsidie duurzame energie en energiebesparing (ISDE) voor het isoleren van woningen is vanaf 1 januari 2024 een bonus beschikbaar. Deze biobased isolatiematerialen moeten aan een aantal extra criteria voldoen, bovenop de gebruikelijke ISDE isolatiesubsidie voorwaarden.
